KALE//BACON is creating a new type of dining experience, in an atmosphere where people can experiment with different flavours.

  KALE//BACON started as a way to bring both plant based and meat eaters together in an environment where both could enjoy a night out and find something on the menu they could enjoy. We created a menu that caters to all, while still keeping the neighbourhood family restaurant feel. We use a unique blend of cooking techniques; from our hearth oven, our wok, to our multi-functioning smoking and steaming oven. Come by for a family dinner/lunch, a late night bite, or a drink at our trendy bar, all while watching the art of cooking as it occurs in our open kitchen.

Chef Shawn Dascal has extensive training from Cordon Bleu as a classically trained French chef, as well as experience training in South East Asia. This joining of many worlds to create the KALE//BACON menu is sure to make it an iconic Montreal eatery.
